Summary: Information about how annual contracts work
Many PlusNet products are purchased with the option of an annual or monthly contract. This guide explains how our annual contacts work. All annual contracts automatically become monthly contracts after 12 months.
What if I want to cancel before the end of my annual contract period? To cancel within the first 12 months, you would need to pay up to the end of your notice period. (E.g. Using the example shown above, if you were cancelling in January 2007, you'd be due to pay from January to September 11th 2007).
What if I decide I want to cancel when my 12 month period ends?If you choose to cancel at the end of your initial 12 month period, you should make your cancellation request at least 30 days before the end of the period. (E.g. Using the example shown above, this would be on 11th August 2007 - so that you're not charged for a 13th month). What if I cancel after my initial 12 month period has passed? You will need to give 30 days notice. You would need to pay for costs that fall within this 30 day period - usually your next month's subscription.
